J'ai besoin de l'ensemble de sources logicielles par défaut pour récupérer mon installation

Je viens d'avoir ceux par défaut. Ils sont tous partis. Je ne peux pas installer de logiciel du tout. J'utilise Kubuntu 11.04 x86.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi ils ont disparu. Ils l'ont fait. : /

Comment récupérer les sources logicielles par défaut?

(Je connais la commande Sudo add-apt-repository, mais j'ai besoin des noms des référentiels par défaut)
