Quelque chose que j'essaye toujours de faire chaque fois que je mets à jour des paquets Ubuntu 12.04, c'est de les télécharger depuis le meilleur miroir/serveur.

Commencez par lancer le centre logiciel.
Sélectionnez Modifier dans la barre de menus, puis sélectionnez Sources de logiciels. ..

Software Center Edit Menu

Cliquez sur la flèche déroulante pour les options Télécharger depuis.

Package Sources download options

Choisissez autre.

other download server

Cliquez sur "Sélectionner le meilleur serveur".

Selecting Best download server ubuntu 12.04

Le centre logiciel effectuera maintenant une série de tests pour trouver le meilleur miroir pour votre emplacement.

En regardant https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirrors.ispros.com.bd-archive , il semble que le miroir Bangladesh n'ait pas encore été mis à jour avec les packages Precise. Vous voudrez peut-être sélectionnez un autre miroir proche (l'Inde me vient à l'esprit) ou créez un bogue à ce sujet.

L'erreur que vous avez est due au fait que le lien a été supprimé. Cela peut être temporaire ou le serveur peut ne pas fonctionner correctement ou en cours de maintenance (dans votre cas, les fichiers du paquet n'ont pas été téléchargés sur le serveur).
Pour résoudre ce problème, essayez de changer votre source de téléchargement (cela peut ou non fonctionner en fonction du serveur)
open software sources
cliquez sur l'onglet ubuntu software
puis dans Download from choisissez autre puis cliquez sur select best server
Après cela, les sources logicielles seront automatiquement mises à jour.
