J'ai installé kUbuntu 12.10 sur mon ordinateur portable Dell XPS L501X. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre comment activer ma connexion sans fil.
J'ai Windows 7 et le sans fil est fonctionnel. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Le problème est le firmware de kUbuntu 12.10. Dans le post lié, l'auteur dit que kUbuntu 12.04 utilise un firmware plus récent pour iwlwifi. Pour résoudre le problème, vous téléchargez le firmware de kUbuntu 12.04 sur wireless.kernel.org . Vous devez supprimer ou renommer le fichier réel (iwlwifi-1000-5.ucode) et le remplacer par celui dans l'archive tar dans/lib/firmware /.
Ensuite, exécutez ces commandes et tout fonctionnera:
Sudo modprobe -r iwlwifi
Sudo modprobe iwlwifi
