Vous avez peut-être Apache2-utils non installé. Essayez de rechercher Apache-utils dans Software Manager ou avec la ligne de commande:

Le message d'erreur est évident. Sudo apt-get install Apache2-utils devrait résoudre votre problème avec _htpasswd binary manquant.
