Comment faire pivoter les connexions WiFi?

J'ai 2 connexions WiFI disponibles. Parfois, le réseau WiFi se déconnecte, et lorsque cela se produit, j'aimerais que le système utilise automatiquement l'autre connexion.

Comment puis-je faire cela dans Ubuntu?

C'est un SMOP. J'ai regardé upstart, dbus, udev, mais aucun ne convenait. J'ai décidé de NMP (NMP: Pas mon problème; laissé comme exercice pour l'élève) comment le démarrer (voir ci-dessous) et laisser courir toujours (bien que quelque chose dans ~/.config/autostart pourrait faire). J'ai également expliqué comment redémarrer le réseau, en laissant vos commandes à une seule ligne dans le fichier de configuration.
