Beaucoup d'utilisateurs de Linux/Ubuntu sont confrontés à ce problème -> (se connecter à Internet en utilisant un modem zte/etc .....) car les dongles modernes ont un stockage USB + modem + CD-ROM, le commutateur usb_modes blablabla ......... ..............
quel est mon problème? -> Je ne suis pas en mesure ** (parfois en mesure de) ** ** de se connecter à Internet avec ZTE (Reliance cdma) AC2739.
Comment Ubuntu détecte mon dongle USB? Ans: de 3 manières:
1) ne détecte pas le périphérique USB mais lsusb
affiche le périphérique.
2) détecter le périphérique (1 cas sur 10 après l’insertion de l’USB), mais le gestionnaire de réseau ne le détecte pas comme connexion à large bande.
3) détecter le périphérique (1 dans 15 cas après avoir inséré l'USB) et également le gestionnaire de réseau le détecter comme connexion large bande -----> c'est le cas lorsque je suis capable de me connecter à Internet.

Si quelqu'un veut un fichier texte de tout le journal, faites le moi savoir. Ce problème se trouve dans de nombreux dongles USB. Si quelqu'un peut apporter une solution à ce problème, veuillez le faire. J'essaie de 3 jours j'espère que je vais obtenir une solution maintenant.
après analyse journaux système soigneusement cette solution a fonctionné pour moi
cause du problème: Plusieurs modes de dongles modernes.
Solution:
1.
gedit /etc/usb_modeswitch.conf
2.ajoutez ce code au commutateur USB diable en haut.
DisableSwitching = 1
3. l'enregistrer.
4.insert usb à nouveau
5.eject usd cdrom par un clic droit, éjectez-le
ou en utilisant.
Sudo éjecte/dev/sr1
6.Attendez 5 à 10 secondes (le temps de le détecter comme modem). 7. Allez maintenant au gestionnaire de réseau.
8.Le réseau Reliance sera répertorié dans le gestionnaire de réseau qui s'y connecte en créant une nouvelle connexion.

Reliance fournit également le logiciel d'interface utilisateur
installez-le simplement en utilisant
Sudo ./nom de fichier
l'exécuter en utilisant
Sudo ztemtapp
cela fonctionne pour moi.
J'ai eu un problème assez similaire avec mon modem USB ZTE et il s'est avéré qu'il était monté en tant qu'unité de CD.
