Qualcomm Atheros Device [168c: 0042] (rev 30) avec Ubuntu 14.04 ne fonctionne pas

J'ai acheté un ordinateur portable Lenovo Ideapad 300 et installé Ubuntu 14.04 dessus. La carte wifi de l'ordinateur portable est Qualcomm Atheros Device [168c: 0042] (rév. 30).

Je ne souhaite pas effectuer de mise à niveau vers 15.04 ou 15.10 car j'exécute un logiciel qui fonctionnera ultérieurement sur des serveurs 14.04. Je souhaite donc que mon environnement de développement reste proche de l'environnement d'exécution.

J'ai lu que Ndiswrapper ne fonctionnerait pas ici - Ndiswrapper ne fonctionnera pas

J'ai alors trouvé Jeremy31 répondre ici - installer des backports

J'ai exécuté les commandes dans la réponse de Jeremy31 et redémarré, mais je n'ai vu aucun changement. Après avoir exécuté les commandes, je dmesg | grep ath10k ne m'a rien donné. Sudo modprobe ath10k_pci && dmesg | grep ath les résultats ne sont pas pertinents:

Réinstallez les backports en utilisant

make defconfig-ath10k
Sudo make install

Redémarrez et voyez si le nom du fichier dans modinfo ath10k_pci indique l'emplacement de /lib/modules/3.19.0-43-generic/kernel/updates/ath10k_pci.ko.
