Ubuntu 14.04 L'installation est bloquée à la section "Préparation de l'installation d'Ubuntu"

Question

J'essaie d'installer Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bits) avec Windows 10 avec une carte mère compatible UEFI (Asus Z87-Pro) sur un nouveau disque SSD. Cependant, mon installation se bloque au stade de Préparation de l'installation d'Ubuntu .

J'ai pris les mesures suivantes pour arriver à ce point:

Utilisé Rufus pour charger l'ISO Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bits) sur une clé USB
Secureboot/fastboot désactivé sur le BIOS
Démarrez avec l'option "Essayer Ubuntu" de GNU GRUB avec l'option nomodeset

J'ai essayé d'utiliser le journal système afin de résoudre le problème de la raison pour laquelle l'installation se bloque. Pour référence, la disposition des disques est la suivante:

/ dev/sdc - SSD non formaté à utiliser pour Ubuntu

J'ai examiné et essayé des solutions de divers autres messages du forum, notamment les suivants:

J'ai essayé différentes configurations de connectivité Internet. J'ai également essayé diverses approches avec le SSD non formaté, telles que le formater avant l'installation ou l'essayer sans le formater. J'ai aussi essayé l'astuce suggérée dès le premier lien d'utilisation

ps -ef | egrep "dosfsck|ntfs"

mais en vain. Cela ne semble pas faire une différence notable lors du choix de l'option de démarrage "Installer Ubuntu" par opposition à "Essayer Ubuntu" non plus - j'ai laissé les deux options fonctionner pendant de longues périodes, et aucun progrès semble être faite à chaque fois.

Toute aide pour résoudre ce problème (avec ce que j'espère être des journaux utiles) serait grandement appréciée!

Je ne suis donc pas sûr de savoir pourquoi je n’y pensais pas plus tôt, mais j’ai décidé de procéder à l’installation après avoir déconnecté mes disques associés à Windows (dans ce cas,/dev/sda et/dev/sdb) en déconnectant et les câbles SATA. Lorsque j'ai essayé d'exécuter à nouveau l'installation, l'ordinateur fonctionnait instantanément et utilisait l'option d'installation "Something Else" dans Ubiquity pour l'installer sur un disque SSD de 500 Go correctement formaté (avec une partition système EFI, une partition swap et une partition ext4).

J'ai également exécuté Sudo update-grub après avoir reconnecté les disques Windows afin que Grub puisse trouver le chargeur de démarrage Windows.

Je suis en train de résoudre certains problèmes de post-installation (ce sont des problèmes liés au pilote). J'espère que cela s'avère utile à quelqu'un.
