J'ai le problème suivant avec mon module Bluetooth sur mon nouveau Dell XPS 13 (9370) avec Ubuntu préinstallé.
Le module Bluetooth est désactivé pour une raison quelconque. Les périphériques Bluetooth (clavier et souris) cessent de fonctionner au milieu de l’œuvre, le voyant Bluetooth s’éteint et le module disparaît également de la liste rfkill
.
Pour le remettre en marche, je dois redémarrer la machine, démarrer le BIOS, désactiver le module Bluetooth et le réactiver. Après cela, le module Bluetooth est à nouveau disponible. C'est assez énervant.

J'ai eu le même problème, et je pense qu'il a été amélioré en mettant à jour le micrologiciel Bluetooth à l'aide des fichiers inclus dans le dernier pilote Windows. Mes MD5:

En passant, une solution de contournement plus simple consistait à débrancher l’alimentation et à effectuer un cycle de suspension/reprise.
Et au moins le mien est un tueur de 1435.

Dans autre fil , il existe un rapport indiquant que la mise à jour vers un noyau plus récent (4.17 ou supérieur) résout également le problème.
Pour ce faire sur Ubuntu 18.04, exécutez la commande: Sudo apt install linux-generic-hwe-18.04
, puis redémarrez.
Je viens juste de faire ça; donc, si cela ne fonctionne pas, je vais faire rapport.
Je peux aussi confirmer que, comme solution de contournement, suspendre (Fn+End[????]) l'ordinateur portable le réveillant alors que l'alimentation débranchée était généralement fiable pour réactiver les fonctionnalités WiFi et Bluetooth.
