WiFi Dell XPS 13 9360 continue de se déconnecter avec l'adaptateur réseau sans fil QCA6174 802.11ac
J'ai un double démarrage (en mode non sécurisé) Dell XPS 13 9360 avec Windows 10 et Ubuntu 16.04. Je perds ma connexion Internet via WiFi dans Ubuntu. Il indique que j'ai toujours une connexion WiFi, mais lorsque j'essaie de charger une page Web, cela ne fonctionne pas. Lors de la reconnexion du WiFi, cela fonctionne à nouveau.
Je n'ai pas remarqué de problème sous Windows, mais je ne l'utilise pas aussi souvent.

J'ai essayé de réinstaller les pilotes du dossier hw3.0 de ici .

Je pense que je l'ai réparé. Le problème provient probablement des paramètres de mon routeur. Lorsque j'ai changé de 802.11n + g + b à 802.11n + g, la connexion semble stable. Bien qu'avec le temps, j'ai beaucoup changé de paramètres dans Ubuntu et dans mon routeur, cela a semblé faire l'affaire.
Edit 1/7/17: Plus tard, j'ai trouvé une autre option cruciale que je devais décocher afin de la faire fonctionner. Dans mon routeur Fritzbox, cela s'appelle:

Dans les environnements sans fil très utilisés, la largeur de canal disponible est répartie de la meilleure façon possible entre les participants.
Je pense que cette option modifie parfois la bande passante du signal. Lorsque cela se produit, la connexion est perdue entre mon ordinateur portable et le routeur. Dans le fichier /var/log/syslog, j’ai également vu quelque chose comme: bandwidth changed, connection lost, si je me souviens bien.
Je désactiverais la gestion de l'alimentation wifi avec
Sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.confModifiez le cryptage sur le routeur sans fil en WPA2 uniquement sans WEP, TKIP ou WPA simple. Selon le routeur, il peut être appelé WPA2-PSK, WPA2-AES ou WPA2 Personal.
Réinstallez le paquet linux-firmware
Sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-firmwareRedémarrer
J'ai eu le même problème avec cette carte wifi sur Debian. La mise à jour des paramètres sur le routeur n'était pas une option. Ce qui a aidé était de mettre à jour le firmware binaire à partir d’ici: https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware/tree/master/QCA6174/hw3.0/4.4.1
Il suffit de télécharger la dernière version et de remplacer le fichier firmware-6.bin situé à /lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/.
Rechargez ensuite les modules du noyau concernés:
modprobe -r ath10k_pci ath10k_core
modprobe ath10k_pci
modprobe ath10k_core
vous pouvez essayer de supprimer et de ré-ajouter le module de noyau de votre pilote wifi
lsmod |grep wifi
dans ma machine, j'ai obtenu ce qui suit:

puis:
