HPLIP 3.19.6 n'a pas vu USB HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125ra le 18.04

Problème: MFU fonctionne comme une imprimante mais ne fonctionne pas comme un scanner.

Dernière version HPLIP installée: 3.19.6 à partir de developers.hp.com.

L'imprimante fonctionne sans configuration hplip. Comment faire fonctionner le scanner?

Selon l'officiel page HPLIP vous devez installer au moins 3.14.10 avec un plugin propriétaire:

m125ra

Il semble que vous ayez manqué l'installation de ce pilote/plugin binaire/propriétaire.
Vous devez l'installer avec:

hp-plugin

Remarque: Vous n'avez pas vraiment besoin de HPLIP 3.19.6 et pouvez utiliser HPLIP 3.17.10 à partir du référentiel bionic. Pour procéder de cette façon, suivez la partie désinstallation de mon autre réponse et installez ensuite le plugin avec hp-plugin.

Peut-être que cela aide un peu plus:

Sudo hp-setup

au lieu de

hp-setup

Avant cela, vous devriez mieux répéter l'installation de hp-package avec:

Sudo apt install - réinstaller hplip

Je suppose que cela fonctionne.

Corrigé avec l'installation HPLIP-3.17.9

Toutes les étapes répondent par défaut sauf: Il vous demandera si vous souhaitez que ce programme d'installation installe la politique/le profil spécifique à hplip. Tapez "y".

Terminé: le scanner et l'imprimante fonctionnent!
