Lorsque j'essaie d'activer Bluetooth sur le bouton, il devient orange, mais rien d'autre ne se produit. Il continue à dire que Bluetooth est désactivé.

J'ai eu le même problème avec un Asus Eee et Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS.
La solution qui a fonctionné pour moi a été de redémarrer le pilote avec:
rmmod btusb
modprobe btusb
