Profil de votre application - j'ai trouvé la cause de mon problème similaire de cette façon.

Android Studio: Outils -> Android -> Moniteur de périphériques Android

Sélectionnez votre application et sélectionnez en haut (à gauche): 

Lancer le profil de méthode

et après un certain temps, arrêtez-la pour voir le résultat.

Le même problème s'est également produit pour moi. Mais j'utilise SqLite. Lorsque je veux sélectionner Liste de mon entité, j'ai oublié d'ajouter des méthodes importantes. Quand le problème est survenu, mon code suit 

 public List<Blocked> getBlockeds() {
    List<Blocked> blockeds = new ArrayList<>();
    String[] allColumns = {"id", "phoneNumber"};
    Cursor cursor = database.query("Blockeds", allColumns, null, null, null, null, "id desc");
    cursor.moveToFirst();

        Blocked blocked = new CursorToPojo().cursorToBlocked(cursor);
        blockeds.add(blocked);

Lorsque le code change pour suivre le problème résolu.

J'ai réalisé que lorsque je n'utilisais pas cursor.moveToNext, le curseur ne finissait jamais et le problème précédent commençait.

Je ne vois pas de raison d’utiliser le service Intent lorsque le service doit être arrêté . Mais si vous pensez toujours que cela doit être fait, faites alors appel à stopself () depuis onhandleIntent protocole), ou vous pouvez l'appeler depuis votre activité (qui est susceptible d'arrêter le traitement de la file d'attente en attente).

je préférerais utiliser des services délimités si je dois gérer leur cycle de vie complet. Voici la référence:
