Une autre façon de le faire est d'utiliser le sélecteur @ ViewChild pour obtenir le composant mat-select et troggle les éléments mat-options sélectionnés ou non. Nous avons également besoin d'une variable pour enregistrer l'état réel sélectionné pour sélectionner ou désélectionner tous les éléments à chaque clic. L'espoir vous aidera.
