Comment désinstaller NPM corrompu?

La question est simple et la solution devrait être simple. Plus de détails sur mon problème. Vérifiez npm:

~ npm -version

~ which npm

essayez de désinstaller:

~ Sudo apt-get remove npm

Je ne peux donc ni l'installer ni le désinstaller. Voyons held

Je ne peux pas retirer mon NPM et je ne peux pas en mettre à jour un. Y a-t-il des solutions pour moi?
