Impossible de mettre à jour Ubuntu 12.04: connexion refusée

Je ne parviens pas à mettre à jour ma version actuelle d'Ubuntu. Voici la sortie de Sudo apt-get update:

Mon répertoire /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ est empy. Est-il possible de mettre à jour Ubuntu sans passer par l’installation du CD?

Entrez la ligne suivante:

 acquire::http::proxy "http://username:password@proxy:8080";
