Impossible de supprimer PHPMyAdmin. Ubuntu 18.04. Habituellement ne fonctionne pas
J'ai constaté que PHPMyAdmin ne fonctionnait plus après la mise à niveau du logiciel vers 18.04 en raison du fait que php-mcrypt était obsolète. Je recevais une erreur à propos de ce paquet. J'ai décidé de supprimer phpmyadmin et d'essayer de l'installer à l'état frais.
Voici mes tentatives:

Regardé cette erreur
debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat est verrouillé par un autre processus: ressource temporairement indisponible.
Vous devez résoudre ce problème avant de réinstaller phpmyadmin.
Exécutez cette commande pour l'effacer.
Sudo rm /var/cache/debconf/*.dat

Basé sur une erreur de tentative 2
dpkg: package de traitement des erreurs phpmyadmin (--remove): le sous-processus de script de pré-suppression de package phpmyadmin installé a renvoyé le statut de sortie d'erreur 10
Nous pouvons supprimer les fichiers dpkg manuellement en exécutant le code ci-dessous:
rm -r /var/lib/dpkg/info/phpmyadmin.*
