L'installation de snapd sur 14.04 échoue

Question

J'ai un serveur virtuel en cours d'exécution 14.04, hébergé par Host Europe. Je veux installer Nextcloud en utilisant snap. Cependant, l'installation de snapd échoue:

Essayer d'exécuter snap conduit à une erreur:

J'ai déjà essayé d'installer snapd auparavant. Les packages listés à la fin de la procédure d'installation

provoquer toutes les tentatives ultérieures d'exécuter Sudo apt upgrade -f et Sudo dpkg --configure -a pour échouer. J'ai dû utiliser Sudo dpkg --purge --force-remove-reinstreq PACKAGE_NAME pour supprimer ces paquets. Même dans ce cas, je ne pouvais pas me débarrasser de linux-image-extra-4.4.0-112-generic, je devais donc le supprimer manuellement de /var/lib/dpkg/status.

Le noyau que j'utilise actuellement:

La société d'hébergement vient de me dire qu'il est impossible d'utiliser snapd sur le serveur virtuel hébergé, en raison de la virtualisation du conteneur utilisée. Le conteneur du serveur virtuel partage le noyau du système hôte. Par conséquent, la mise à niveau du noyau ou l'utilisation d'un autre noyau n'est pas possible.

Il suffit de redémarrer. Vous avez un nouveau noyau (une condition préalable pour snapd) mais vous ne l'exécutez pas encore. Après le redémarrage, tout devrait fonctionner correctement.
