Je travaille sur des SVM scikit-learn pour un problème de classification binaire. J'ai calculé les caractéristiques des fichiers audio et les ai écrites dans un fichier CSV. Voici à quoi ressemble chaque ligne d'un fichier CSV:

La première colonne a le nom de l'audio, la deuxième colonne a le tableau de caractéristiques et le dernier élément est l'étiquette {0,1} pour la classification binaire.
Il y a 39 valeurs float dans le tableau. J'utilise le code suivant pour les extraire du fichier CSV.

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider quant à ce que je peux faire maintenant? Je ne suis vraiment pas sûr de ce qui se passe à l'intérieur. Les dimensions de X_train et de Y_train sont identiques [X_train a 21 vecteurs avec 39 éléments et Y_train a 21 flottants {0 ou 1}, je ne vois pas ce qui a causé ces erreurs.
Remarque: J'ai le sentiment que quelque chose ne va pas bien lorsque je convertis le tableau numpy en chaîne, puis une chaîne en un tableau numpy. Merci d'avance.

Y_Train est juste les étiquettes pour des ensembles individuels de fonctionnalités. C'est comme ça:

Enfin, j'ai trouvé la réponse à ma question à l'aide des idées de @larsmans et @eickenberg. Le problème était que X_train n'avait pas le même nombre d'éléments dans tous les tableaux. Donc, il n'a pas été possible de former un tableau 2D. Maintenant que j'ai ajouté une valeur supplémentaire à ce tableau, la dimensionnalité a été vérifiée pour tous les tableaux 1D et X_train a pu former un tableau 2D. Merci pour les idées les gars!
J'ai eu le même problème. La taille des données était cohérente, donc cela n'a pas aidé. Qu'est-ce qui a marché: Clf.fit (list (X_train), Y_train)
Je vois l'erreur lorsque X_train contient n éléments et que tous les éléments n ont pas la même taille ..__ La solution consiste à s'assurer que tous les n éléments du X_train ont la même taille, que ce soit par des techniques de remplissage ou de rognage.
