J'ai un projet ASP.NET Core dans le référentiel Azure DevOps et il est OK en utilisant le pipeline de génération DevOps. Cependant, la version sur laquelle les builds échouent toujours avec cette erreur:

J'ai eu le même problème et après avoir fait des recherches sur Google, j'ai trouvé cela réponse
En résumé, cette réponse dit que vous devez aller dans votre section de builds et l'éditer. 
À la toute fin du fichier .yaml, vous devez ajouter une ligne supplémentaire.
"- tâche: PublishBuildArtifacts @ 1"
Mettez en file d'attente une nouvelle construction et vous devriez être prêt à partir!
Pour nous, c'était juste le mauvais chemin sur la tâche Déployer pour le "Package ou dossier". Il ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions sur l'onglet Pipeline (comme l'un des artefacts): 
J'obtenais la même erreur avec l'exemple Java utilisant Maven. Pour cela, vous devez également ajouter la tâche CopyFiles avant PublishBuildArtifacts
