Aucun module nommé 'gdbm' après l'installation du logiciel via flatpak

J'ai récemment installé GIMP installé manuellement sur mon 16.04LTS (sans utiliser le magasin Ubuntu) conformément à leurs instructions à l'aide de flatpack,

flatpak install https://flathub.org/repo/appstream/org.gimp.GIMP.flatpakref

et maintenant, chaque fois que j'essaye et exécute beaucoup de commandes (ou que je tape quelque chose qui provoquerait habituellement une commande non reconnue telle que "iowasave"):
