Je reçois ce problème même en mode de récupération, même avec les anciennes versions d'Ubuntu qui sont toujours dans le menu Grub. J'ai exécuté la réparation par défaut de la réparation de démarrage (comme recommandé dans cette question ), en vain.

Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé des informations de démarrage. il semble que sdb1, où se trouve Ubuntu, ne monte pas: "mauvais type de fs, mauvaise option, mauvais superbloc".

La commande dmesg vous a clairement indiqué une erreur matérielle. La partie importante est:
Unrecovered read error - auto reallocate failed
Ce qui vous dit que (pour une raison quelconque) des informations sur un secteur défectueux ne pourraient pas être déplacées vers une partie saine du disque dur.
Si vous avez un autre système d'exploitation sur ce périphérique, vous pouvez exécuter s.m.a.r.t. diagnostics et voir ce qui peut être fait à ce sujet. Vous pouvez essayer quelque chose comme ce logiciel (non-gratuit) pour faire des tests de surface.
Ext4 étant assez redondant, je ne m'inquiéterais donc pas trop des données. Mais restaurez vos sauvegardes ailleurs au cas où.
