colonne combobox wpf datagrid

J'ai du mal à lire le terrain. J'ai essayé de différentes manières mais je ne peux toujours pas. Je veux lire la valeur que l'utilisateur a sélectionné les 3 valeurs suivantes.

Je suppose que vous souhaitez activer la sélection multiple dans la liste déroulante à l'intérieur de DataGridComboBoxColumn. Le projet de code suivant fait de même.
