Pour convertir de l'hexadécimal en décimal:

Pour convertir de décimal en hexadécimal:

À partir d'Oracle8i, les fonctions TO_CHAR et TO_NUMBER peuvent gérer les conversions de la base 10 (décimale) à la base 16 (hexadécimale) et inversement:
