HPLIP: pilote de fax a perdu la connexion avec imprimante

Kubuntu 19.10

HPLIP est installé par le téléchargement du site Web du fournisseur.

L'imprimante a une connexion Ethernet câblée.

J'essaie de courir d'imprimé à fax, et cela travaillait pour travailler, mais maintenant je reçois des messages d'erreur. Supprimer et ré-ajouter l'imprimante n'aide pas.

Permettez-moi de mentionner que Windows n'a aucune difficulté à exécuter des travaux d'impression à fax sur cette imprimante, en utilisant "pilote de fax universel HP", donc je ne pense pas que le problème réside avec l'imprimante.

Si vous configurez une imprimante via les paramètres système

cela peut ne pas avoir mis en place correctement.

Vous devez exécuter l'assistant HP-SETUP

Sudo hp-setup

Pour le type de connexion, choisissez "Réseau/Ethernet ..."
Si l'appareil n'est pas détecté, cliquez sur "Afficher les options avancées", cochez "Découverte manuelle" et fournir l'adresse IP du scanner.

Installer HPLIP-GUI

Sudo apt install hplip-gui

Du lanceur d'applications Open hPlip-Toolbox

Sélectionnez HP "Nom de l'imprimante" (fax)

Sous Actions Onglet Sélectionnez Envoyer Fax

Et suivez les étapes.

À l'étape trois vous. Lorsque vous utilisez l'impression pour faxer à partir d'une autre application, il devrait apparaître et vous serez prêt à envoyer.

Testé cela avec Kubuntu 18.04 et une couleur HP LaserJet 2840
