J'ai un Dell XPS 15, avec à la fois un processeur graphique Intel intégré et un processeur distinct Nvidia. J'utilise le programme Paramètres Nvidia X Server pour que mon système utilise celui d'Intel, pour des raisons d'économie d'énergie. Quoi qu'il en soit, le pilote nouveau est chargé, et lorsque c'est le cas, la plupart du temps, lorsque j'essaie de suspendre, la suspension échoue et je finis juste à l'écran de verrouillage (et je peux déverrouiller normalement). Une fois dans une lune bleue cela fonctionne bien.
Maintenant, je serais heureux avec une solution qui permet aux pilotes nouveau de fonctionner avec la suspension, mais je ne serais pas obligé de ne pas les charger du tout, car j’utilise quand même le processeur graphique Intel.
J'exécute 18.04 et le noyau 4.15.0-20.

Si vous utilisez les paramètres du serveur X Nvidia pour basculer vers les pilotes propriétaires de nvidia, les modifications ci-dessus reflètent ce problème et la suspension fonctionne correctement. (En fait, ce n'est pas vrai, mais ça casse d'une manière différente et moins radicale, et je m'en fiche.)

inclut des plaintes similaires avec nouveau 0000:01:00.0: timeout
et tout cela à chaque démarrage. À la rare occasion où la suspension réussit, le journal manque toute cette merde à propos de nouveau.
Des indications sur la façon de résoudre le problème (génial) ou de désactiver nouveau (bon)? Pourquoi les fichiers de la liste noire /etc/modprobe.d/
n'empêchent-ils pas le chargement de tout le pilote? Comment pourrais-je procéder manuellement pour le décharger? (J'ai essayé modprobe -r
sans grand succès.)
J'ai résolu ce problème en installant bumblebee, qui a pris en charge la gestion des pilotes à charger. Il charge maintenant le pilote propriétaire nvidia pour mon GPU discret et suspend donc les travaux. Je ne brûle toujours pas ma batterie et mes tympans, car bumblebee utilise par défaut le GPU Intel, sauf demande contraire.
Ce n’est pas la solution idéale, mais plutôt un moyen de contourner le problème, alors n'hésitez pas à poster quelque chose de mieux. J'ai eu ce que je voulais cependant et je me sens paresseux pour approfondir mes recherches.
