Pile d’imprimantes en cours de traitement - échec de la lecture du fichier ppd

Question

Je dois installer une imprimante réseau: HP-LaserJet-Pro-MFP-m125nw sur Lubuntu 16.04.

J'ai installé HPLIP
Je peux voir une imprimante avec une marque verte dans Imprimantes
Je peux envoyer le travail à l'imprimante

Mais ils n’impriment pas et le travail est marqué comme traitement.

Remarques:

Utilisation de la numérisation simple Je peux numériser n’importe quel document avec succès.
J'ai notive si j'installe l'imprimante en utilisant USB cela fonctionne très bien, donc je suppose que le problème est seulement quand essayez d'installer l'imprimante sur le réseau

Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît me signaler quel pourrait être le problème et comment le résoudre?

Cet avertissement signifie que le script hp-check n’est pas autorisé à lire ce fichier.

Vous pouvez simplement changer les permissions comme ceci (ouvrir un terminal):

$ Sudo chmod 644 /etc/cups/ppd/HP-LaserJet-Pro-MFP-m125nw.ppd

Cela donnera une permission de lecture à tout le monde et lira/écrira dans root.

J'ai une imprimante HP PhotoSmart et j'ai le même problème ... Je suis allé dans/etc/cups/ppd/et j'ai modifié l'autorisation de mon fichier ppd (autorisation root requise): il était propriétaire racine lu et écrit - groupe lp lecture seule - Autre Pas le droit J'ai changé cette dernière permission en Lecture seule Et ça a marché jusqu'à présent!
