Ubuntu 16.04 Bluetooth Impossible de trouver des appareils

Bonne journée, chers collègues Ubuntu, j'ai un problème Bluetooth similaire, qui ne détecte aucun périphérique.

J'ai installé Ubuntu version 16.04 sur un ordinateur portable hp 4520s et je souhaite connecter un clavier Bluetooth. J'ai essayé de trouver l'appareil normalement, comme je l'ai déjà fait sur d'autres ordinateurs portables Ubuntu et je ne peux pas le voir du tout. J'ai ensuite testé si l'ordinateur détectait quoi que ce soit. d’autres appareils comme mon téléphone et aucun appareil visible, j’ai aussi vérifié si je peux connecter le clavier à un ordinateur portable Windows et que je suis capable de trouver l’appareil et de me connecter à it.fault jusqu’à présent, j’ai déterminé qu’il s’agissait de matériel ou de microprogramme défectueux sur un ordinateur portable ubuntu, j’ai également essayé d’installer d’autres gestionnaires de bluetooth, tels que blueman appplet à ubuntu et stil, ne trouvant aucun appareil.C'est à quel point je suis venu.
