J'ai installé Ubuntu 20.04 LTS et j'ai remarqué que je n'ai pas de son, j'utilise Lenovo Legion Y520-15ikbn. Je veux continuer à utiliser Ubuntu et apprendre à propos de Linux, mais sans avoir son son est une sorte de disjoncteur de l'affaire et de retourner à Windows est mon dernier recours.
J'ai essayé chaque résultat de Google et chaque "solution" mais rien ne fonctionne. Je m'excuse également si un fil comme celui-ci existe déjà, mais j'étais vraiment creusé pour demander à Ubuntu et je ne pouvais trouver aucune solution.

D'abord, je tiens à dire que lorsque je branche mon casque USB, l'audio fonctionne simplement bien, le problème est avec les haut-parleurs et le microphone intégré à l'ordinateur portable.

J'ai eu de la chance avec pavucontrol
. Pour une raison quelconque, le sélecteur de sortie de la boîte de dialogue Sound-> Sound n'a pas fonctionné pour moi, mais avec pavucontrol
, j'ai pu sélectionner la sortie correcte.
$ Sudo apt install pavucontrol
$ pavucontrol &

Malheureusement, après de nombreux essais et tutoriels, je n'ai pas pu résoudre mon problème sonore. J'ai acheté des haut-parleurs BT et je les utilise au lieu de mes haut-parleurs d'ordinateur portable, mais je n'abandonnerai pas d'essayer de résoudre ce problème. Merci à tous pour votre aide :)
J'ai eu un problème très similaire: surcridé à partir de Ubuntu 18.04 à 20.04, et le son a disparu. pavucontrol
_ n'aimé que le son HDMI sous sorties, pas mon son intégré Intel HDA.
J'ai d'abord essayé les édits aîné Geek suggéré ci-dessus. Ils n'ont fait aucune différence, j'ai donc rétabli les changements en mettant les #'s devant eux.
Puis j'ai essayé de purger et de réinstaller alsa-base
et pulseaudio
. Cela n'a fait aucune différence.
Ensuite, j'ai couru alsamixer
dans un terminal, et lo et voici, mon son embarqué a montré! En appuyant sur F6, je pourrais la sélectionner comme sortie.
Il n'est toujours pas apparu dans pavucontrol
, alors j'ai couru Sudo alsa force-reload
, et maintenant tout a fonctionné. pavucontrol
_ même sélectionné automatiquement mon son de bord.

J'ai fait face au problème similaire, suivi de nombreuses instructions, mais juste un bios bios idiot a fait le charme:
go to BIOS -> disable Internal Speakers -> apply changes -> Enable again -> Apply changes -> Exit.
