J'ai trouvé quelques bonnes réponses possibles à mes questions, mais il s'agit d'une mise à niveau d'Hibernate 3.4.0GA vers Hibernate 4.1.8. Donc, cela fonctionnait sous la version précédente et j'ai cherché haut et bas pourquoi sa rupture dans cette nouvelle version.
J'ai un
org.hibernate.TransientObjectException: l'objet fait référence à une instance transitoire non enregistrée - enregistrez l'instance transitoire avant de vider: com.test.server.domain.model.NoteItem.note -> com.test.server.domain.model.Note

fait référence à une instance transitoire (pas encore enregistrée) de Note
qui doit être enregistrée auparavant. Spécifiez donc "Cascade.all" sur la note de propriété ou appelez saveorupdate sur Note en premier.
