Cette ligne http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports bloque la connexion à vos ports non SSL. Blocs Squid par défaut: http://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFaq/SecurityPitfalls#The_Safe_Ports_and_SSL_Ports_ACL

Vous souhaitez uniquement autoriser les connexions SSL à inverser les proxys. En supposant cela, mettez ceci en haut de votre squid.conf:
