J'utilise org.Apache.commons.codec.binary.Base64 pour décoder la chaîne qui est utf8. Parfois, j'obtiens une chaîne encodée en base64 qui, après le décodage, ressemble par exemple à ^@k��@@
. Comment puis-je vérifier si base64 est correcte ou si la chaîne utf8 décodée est une chaîne utf8 valide?

Vous devez spécifier le jeu de caractères lors de la conversion de String
en byte[]
et vice versa.

Sinon, le codage par défaut de la plate-forme sera utilisé, qui n'est pas nécessairement UTF-8 en soi.
