Il suffit ensuite de démarrer l'application angulaire, d'installer: bootstrap, jQuery, popper.js puis d'ajouter des fichiers de styles et de scripts à angular-cli.json Angular-cli.json:

J'ai trouvé la réponse. Dans ./.angular-cli.json
à la ligne scripts
changer le dossier de: "../node_modules/popper.js/dist/popper.js"
à cela (si vous utilisez la version moderne de webpack):
"../node_modules/popper.js/dist/esm/popper.js"
sinon ceci:
"../node_modules/popper.js/dist/umd/popper.js"
