Comment réparer "bower ENOTFOUND"

J'essaie d'installer https://github.com/catarse/catarse script sur VPS (sur ma machine locale fonctionne très bien) et j'ai une erreur lorsque j'entre la commande bower install:

Dommage .. je suis entré bower install --allow-root option au lieu de bower install --allow-root
