Regarder des vidéos avec l'accélération matérielle activée me donne du son mais pas d'image
Lorsque j'essaie d'exécuter mplayer2 avec vdpau sur un ordinateur portable compatible vdpau avec le pilote graphique Nvidia, je ne reçois que de l'audio.
Ma carte Nvidia devrait être supportée aussi loin que je puisse voir, alors je me demande si le problème est que je n'ai pas les bons packages ou la bonne configuration:

Selon les informations affichées sur votre question, vous avez une solution de GPU hybride qui utilise Intel + Nvidia en même temps.
Pour activer votre carte Nvidia, vous devez installer Bumblebee ou désactiver la carte Intel dans votre BIOS (si possible).
Si la désactivation de votre carte Intel dans le BIOS de votre ordinateur n'est pas une option, vous n'avez pas d'autre choix que d'utiliser Bumblebee.
Si vous avez besoin d’informations sur Bumblebee, jetez un coup d’œil à cet article. Il explique en détail comment activer le support pour exécuter Ubuntu avec les cartes Intel et Nvidia activées.
Si vous utilisez déjà Bumblebee, cela ne signifie pas que le support vdpau est installé, vous devez installer le support vdpau pour votre carte comme décrit ici.
Une fois que vous avez réussi à exécuter, exécutez bumblebee vainfo échouera toujours car la carte Intel restera la carte par défaut.
J'ai trouvé n script qui va basculer la carte d'Intel vers Nvidia et essayer d'ouvrir le lecteur multimédia. Les instructions de base pour utiliser ceci sont décrites ici , rappelez-vous qu’il s’agit d’un script provenant de sources extérieures, aucune garantie que cela fonctionnera n’est donnée, vous pouvez le tester vous-même.
Voici les instructions extraites du rapport de bogue:
Construisez un hybride-windump mais n'utilisez pas le xorg.conf inclus! https://github.com/harp1n/hybrid-windump (inclut des bordures pour toute la fenêtre vidée) https://github.com/gebart/hybrid-windump (inclus prise en charge améliorée du curseur, mais la fenêtre vidée couvrira une partie du bureau Intel et ne peut pas être déplacée)
Démarrer le serveur Bumblebee X optirun glxinfo
Exécutez Compiz (ou Metacity) sur l’affichage Nvidia pour que la fenêtre vidée puisse être déplacée. Si vous ignorez cela, la lecture de VDPAU sera verte. AFFICHAGE =: 8 compiz --replace &
Exécutez mplayer2 DISPLAY =: 8 mplayer -vo vdpau videofilename &
Fenêtre de vidage ./windump: 8: 0.0 &
Vous avez maintenant une sortie VDPAU!
NB: Cela fonctionne aussi avec Ironhide.
