Xconfig xrandr badmatch

Récemment, j'ai installé mon système d'exploitation, mais une erreur inattendue s'est produite lors de la définition de la résolution de mon moniteur. cela semble être un très vieux problème, mais cette fois, il y a autre chose (je pense).

  1. installer l'environnement de bureau: apt-get update, apt-get install xorg-core xserver-xorg-core gnome-core gdm3

  2. pour installer les utilisateurs graphiques apt-get install build-essential nvidia-kernel-common linux-headers-$(uname -r), ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.64.run étapes ci-dessus, tout semble se dérouler correctement.

  3. définir la résolution: cvt 1440 900, xrandr --newmode xxx, xrandr --addmode VGA-0 xxx

alors j'ai eu cette erreur:

Je ne sais pas de quelles informations vous avez besoin, et juste énumérer quelques

modèle de carte graphique: nvidia gt630.

taille de la mémoire de la carte graphique: 512Mddr5.

moniteur: phlips 190cw (1440x900, fonctionne bien sur les fenêtres). ce sont mes paramètres dans Windows (je n'ai pas installé le pilote du moniteur et Windows l'a juste reconnu comme 190g6)

J'ai essayé de forcer la résolution à 1440x900 en utilisant nvidia-settings, après le redémarrage, la résolution est passée à 1440X1024 (nvidia-settings a ajouté une ligne à xorg.conf Option "metamodes" "1440x1024 +0+0"). l'écran devient horizon-défilement comme ça:

J'ai également essayé d'extraire edid.bin (en utilisant nvidia-settings) et d'ajouter Option "CustomEDID" "DFP-1:/etc/X11/edid.bin" à Section "Device" à xorg.conf. merci à l'article génial Fixing Ugly DVI/HDMI Displays due to EDID bugs on nVidia drivers , mais malheureusement cela ne fonctionne pas non plus.

J'ai eu ce problème "BadMatch":

 X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
   Major opcode of failed request:  140 (RANDR)
   Minor opcode of failed request:  18 (RRAddOutputMode)
   Serial number of failed request:  27
   Current serial number in output stream:  28

Et résolu le problème en éditant xorg.conf manuellement. Ajoutez ou corrigez cette ligne dans cette section du moniteur:

HorizSync  30-82
VertRefresh  56-76

Sauvegarder, redémarrer et le tour est joué. La résolution est ok. J'ai supposé que le problème était là parce que j'ai utilisé un adaptateur D-sub vers DVI. L'affichage avait un connecteur D-Sub, alors que la carte était DVI. Le problème ne concernait que le pilote nVidia à source fermée; Nouveau était OK.

Méthode 1 - Effacer le xorg.conf

Essayez de supprimer /etc/X11/xorg.conf, redémarrez votre fenêtre x et essayez à nouveau de régler la résolution avec nvidia-settings. Habituellement, la détection automatique fonctionne parfaitement avec un câble DVI. Mais je ne trouve pas les spécifications du moniteur en ligne, je ne suis donc pas sûr qu’il dispose d’un connecteur DVI.

Méthode 2 - Ligne de modes xorg.org

Essayez d'ajouter la ligne Modes dans la section de l'écran .

J'ai ajouté l'option "ModeValidation" "NoDFPNativeResolutionCheck, NoVirtualSizeCheck, NoMaxPClkCheck, NoHorizSyncCheck, NoVertRefreshCheck, NoWidthAlignmentCheck" à mon fichier Xorg.conf.

Fonctionne bien pour moi.
