J'utilise doctrine migrations avec Symfony 2.7
Dans mon composer.json, j'ai remarqué que vous ne le faites pas, vous pouvez essayer de l'ajouter

J'ai installé manuellement les migrations suivant les documents Symfony2, vous pouvez le lire ici .
