Vous pouvez simplement utiliser Html::activeTextInput() :

Ou changez ActiveForm::$fieldConfig configuration:

Je l'ai résolu comme ceci .... mettez la balise comme span .. vous pouvez également ajouter des icônes devant la boîte.
