Bloc-notes Jupyter: pas de connexion au serveur car la connexion Websocket échoue
Je viens d'installer Jupyter sur pip (la version Python est 3.7.2) dans Windows 10, j'ai démarré le serveur jupyter en appelant jupyter notebook, a créé un nouveau bloc-notes avec le noyau python3 dans mon navigateur Web mais une connexion au noyau n'est jamais établie.
Aucune erreur évidente dans la ligne de commande:

J'ai essayé tous les Chrome, Firefox et Microsoft Edge sans succès. J'ai même essayé via PyCharm.
J'ai ensuite regardé la console js du navigateur et il semble que le problème soit un échec de la connexion websocket:

Quelle pourrait être la raison ici?
Réinitialisez le fichier de configuration de votre ordinateur portable jupyter en utilisant la commande ci-dessous pour réinitialiser la configuration par défaut de jupyter_notebook_config.py
jupyter notebook --generate-config
Ne rétrogradez pas la tornade. Au lieu de cela, forcez la réinstallation de jupyter.
pip3 install --force-reinstall upgrade jupyter
