Installer Shapely: OSError: [WinError 126] Le module spécifié est introuvable

Je dois installer le package Shapely ( http://toblerity.org/shapely/project.html#installation ). Mais quand j'utilise:

pip install Shapely

Je reçois cette erreur:

conda install shapely

Je reçois cette erreur:

PackageNotFoundError: Package not found: Conda could not find '

J'utilise Python 3.6.0 (Anaconda3) sur Windows 10 (64 bits).

Veuillez aider. (rien ne fonctionne)

Téléchargez le fichier WHL en utilisant http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#shapely

Installer:

python -m pip install Shapely-1.5.17-cp36-cp36m-win_AMD64.whl

Ubuntu:

pip install shapely==1.6b2
