Je n'ai aucune idée de ce que je dois faire pour résoudre ce problème. Finalement, je serais capable de mettre toutes les dépendances dont j'ai besoin dans un fichier requirements.txt
, afin de pouvoir installer des devendances dans une virtualenv
. Dans cet esprit, je préférerais une solution utilisant pip
plutôt que apt-get
ou une installation à partir des sources.
Il semble que votre système n'a pas gcc
.
Installez les outils de construction en utilisant la commande suivante:
apt-get install build-essential python-dev
pip
n'installe pas les compilateurs nécessaires à votre place.
Si vous voulez simplement numpy et n'avez pas besoin de passer par pip, utilisez
Sudo apt-get install python-numpy
et vous obtiendrez également toutes les conditions requises (telles que python-dev
).
Certains de ces packages ne sont peut-être pas nécessaires (vous n'avez pas le temps de vérifier en détail), mais dans un de mes scripts d'installation pour installer la pile NumPy, j'installe d'abord les packages Ubuntu suivants:
- build-essential
- gfortran
- libatlas-base-dev
- libatlas3gf-base
- python-dev
- libjpeg-dev
- libxml2-dev
- libfreetype6-dev
- libpng-dev
Sinon, vous pourriez simplement utiliser la distribution Anaconda Python, qui fonctionne très bien.
J'avais l'habitude d'obtenir presque le même type d'erreurs, mais je l'ai résolu en utilisant un environnement virtuel. Il existe de nombreux environnements, mais je suggère personnellement venv.
Je pouvais facilement me débarrasser des erreurs en utilisant venv.
En effet, le chargement de toutes les bibliothèques sur le système d'exploitation à l'aide de Sudo
n'est pas approprié. Votre système d'exploitation devient volumineux et génère des erreurs non désirées.
