et cgraph
avec
$ Sudo pip install graphviz

$ Sudo pip install cgraph

Je rencontre le problème No package 'libcgraph' found
en courant Sudo pip install pygraphviz

J'ai essayé les solutions fournies par Python ne voit pas pygraphviz , mais cela ne fonctionne pas.
Sudo apt-get install python-dev graphviz libgraphviz-dev pkg-config
puis
Sudo pip install pygraphviz
Pour MacOS, je devais faire:
$ brew install graphviz
$ Sudo pip install pygraphviz
Pour les utilisateurs de Fedora:
graphviz*
Sudo yum install 'graphviz-devel.x86_64'
pip install pygraphviz
Sur macOS, je l'ai fait avec,
$ brew install graphviz
$ Sudo pip install pygraphviz
Pour CentOS. Comme graphviz-devel est nécessaire pour résoudre ce problème, vous devez l'installer avec yum. Pour ce faire, vous devez ajouter un repo où le package est disponible. Dans mon cas, Atomic le repo a bien fonctionné.
wget -q -O - http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic | sh
Cela va ajouter des repos atomiques, puis
Sudo yum install graphviz-devel
Et vous devriez pouvoir effectuer
pip install pygraphviz
