Écouteurs Ubuntu 15.10 sans son

J'ai acheté un ordinateur portable: Alienware 17 R2

J'ai installé Ubuntu 15.10 (noyau 4.2.0-18 - générique) et j'ai des problèmes pour obtenir du son via la prise audio avec des écouteurs et des haut-parleurs externes.

Souvent, après l'installation de Linux sur un ordinateur portable, l'audio est reconnu mais vient d'être désactivé ("coupé"). Vous devez vérifier deux points possibles.

  1. Dans le terminal, exécutez alsamixer. Assurez-vous que les canaux de lecture de votre audio ne sont pas 0 ou 'M'
  2. Installez l'application 'pavucontrol', exécutez-la et assurez-vous que votre carte son est configurée en mode de sortie ou en mode combiné et non en sourdine.
