Comment vérifier le statut de réplication SQL via T-SQL?

Je souhaite pouvoir vérifier le statut d'une publication et d'abonnement dans SQL Server 2008 T-SQL. Je veux pouvoir déterminer si c'est bien, quand a été réussi, Sync, etc. est-ce possible?
