Impossible d'ajouter / de supprimer des packages, échec de la post-installation
Quelque chose ne va pas avec le kit de règles et empêchant le démarrage des packages:

Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème de polkit gio-error-quark?
Même certaines commandes systemctl donnent la même erreur:
# systemctl disable plymouth-quit-wait

Je ne peux pas encore répondre à votre commentaire, mais avez-vous essayé le solution de contournement mentionné dans le fil de bogue?
Installez d'abord policykit-1, puis redémarrez, puis installez tout le reste.
