Votre problème concerne le package bash
qui se trouve dans le cache. Voici ce que vous pouvez essayer:

Le fichier binaire tar
est corrompu et vous pouvez le valider en lançant:
tar --help
et vous obtenez segmentation fault, core dumped.
vous devez remplacer le binaire /bin/tar
par un fichier en bonne santé tar provenant d'un autre hôte.
Ouvrez le terminal et faites:
Sudo apt-get install -f
Ensuite:
Sudo apt-get update
Cela peut être dû à un système dpkg en panne. Essaye ça.
