Impossible de monter / voir / accéder à un périphérique USB - ttyUSB0

J'essaie de me connecter à une montre de sport GPS (similaire aux montres Garmin). Je suis sous Ubuntu 12.04, 64bit. Idéalement, j'aimerais connecter la montre à l'un des logiciels de sport OS, comme le sport des tortues ou le pytrainer. Actuellement, cependant, je ne peux même pas accéder aux données brutes enregistrées sur l'appareil lui-même.

La montre indique que la batterie est en cours de chargement et semble donc recevoir une sorte de signal de la connexion.

Cependant, je ne peux ni accéder à l'appareil ni apparaître dans Nautilus. La sortie pertinente de dmesg se présente comme suit:

Donc, autant que je sache (probablement pas très loin, vraiment), il semble charger et attacher le pilote correctement. Cependant, après la sortie de dmesg ci-dessus, je vois du code que je ne comprends pas très bien.

D'après les journaux, ce périphérique GPS ne fournit pas d'interface de stockage pouvant être montée et parcourue à l'aide du gestionnaire de fichiers (nautilus).

Vous devez disposer d'outils dédiés pour lire les données via l'interface série /dev/ttyUSB0. Essayez d’utiliser gpsbabel il prend en charge de nombreux protocoles pour les dispositifs de collecte de données GPS.
