WAMPSERVER sur Windows 8 ne démarre pas

Je viens d'installer WAMPSERVER (Apache/2.4.9 (Win64)) sur mon ordinateur WIN 8 et lorsque je tente de le démarrer, son icône est toujours ROUGE/orange (et non verte). De services lorsque essayé d'exécuter le service, je vois le message d'erreur suivant:

Dans le journal même, je vois plusieurs erreurs suivantes

Incorrect function.

D'accord, j'ai compris: le port 80 de ma machine était utilisé par IIS et non par Skype. Voici comment j'ai trouvé ça:

Cliquez avec le bouton gauche de la souris sur l’icône WAMPManager pour afficher le menu. Cliquez sur Apache ► Service ► Testez le port 80 . Ceci ouvrira une fenêtre de commande et affichera des informations sur l'utilisation éventuelle du port. 80. Vous trouverez plus de détails sur http://forum.wampserver.com/read.php?2,122527 .

Configurez Apache pour écouter sur différents ports
Comme je voulais continuer à utiliser IIS sur le port 80, j'ai décidé de lancer mon serveur WAMP sur un autre port. Alors voici comment je l'ai fait.

J'ai dû changer le fichier http.conf qui, dans mon cas, se trouve dans le dossier C:/WAMP/bin/Apache/apache2.4.9/conf/. Ouvrez-le (avec Notepad par exemple) et recherchez 80. J'ai dû changer les trois lignes suivantes à différents endroits:

Listen 0.0.0.0:80         # Changed to Listen 0.0.0.0:81
Listen [::0]:80           # Changed to Listen [::0]:81
ServerName localhost:80   # Changed toServerName localhost:81

J'ai maintenant l'icône verte de WAMP Server sous Windows 8.

Si Skype est en cours d'exécution, vous devez effectuer les opérations suivantes dans Skype: dans la barre de menus, cliquez sur Outils ► Options ► Paramètres avancés ► Connexion . Désélectionnez maintenant la case à cocher suivante:

Utilisez les ports 80 et 443 comme alternatives pour les connexions entrantes

J'ai vécu le même problème.

J'ai quitté l'application Skype et lancé le service wampapache64 à partir du gestionnaire de tâches, ce qui a fonctionné pour moi.
