s'il vous plaît expliquer pourquoi je reçois une telle exception en mode hors connexion et comment y remédier, merci.

Si vous utilisez Spring 3.0.5, vous devriez utiliser le schéma 3.0, pas le schéma 3.1. Spring valide vos fichiers XML par rapport aux copies du schéma qu’il détient dans ses propres fichiers JAR, plutôt que des copies récupérées sur Internet.

À l'intérieur des pots de printemps, il existe un fichier spring.schemas qui est utilisé pour mapper les URI de schéma de printemps à des copies locales conditionnées dans des pots de printemps. Vous trouverez ci-dessous un exemple de fichier spring.schemas extrait du bocal Spring-Beans (version 3.0.7.RELEASE). Comme vous pouvez le constater, "spring-beans.xsd" est associé à "spring-beans-3.0.xsd", qui est la version du pot. 

Cette approche garantira que vous utilisez toujours la version de schéma correcte. la mise à niveau de vos pots de printemps mettra automatiquement à jour vos schémas.

Après avoir lu, compris et appliqué les réponses ainsi rapportées, mon application Web ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Eh bien, voici mon contexte (la partie pertinente):

Le problème réside dans le fichier JAR que vous utilisez dans votre application. Ce que j’ai essayé et qui a fonctionné pour moi a été d’obtenir des copies des versions des fichiers JAR que vous utilisez (SPRING-CORE, SPRING-BEANS, SPRING-CONTEXT, SPRING-TX). Dans le dossier META-INF, concaténez tous les fichiers spring.schemas et spring.handlers contenus dans ces fichiers JAR. Tuer deux oiseaux avec une pierre, résoudre le problème des schémas, et cela fonctionne également correctement en mode hors connexion.

Cela vaut aussi la peine si cela se produit lorsque votre cache Eclipse WST contient une page d'erreur 404 et que WST effectue la validation XML sur cette page HTML au lieu de la définition de schéma XSD réelle. 

Pour résoudre ce problème, Windows => preferences => General => Network => Cache et supprimez la ressource mise en cache incriminée.
