Comment supprimer xubuntu-desktop?
Il y a quelques jours, j'ai installé Xubuntu sur un système Ubuntu normal:
Sudo apt-get install xubuntu-desktop
Je n'ai pas joué longtemps sur Xubuntu avant de réaliser que j'aimais mieux Ubuntu 2D. Maintenant, mon problème est de savoir comment désinstaller Xubuntu et toutes ses dépendances et les packages recommandés tels que Thunar et Abiword.
Pour l'instant je viens de courir:
Sudo apt-get remove xubuntu-*
mais il me reste encore beaucoup de choses de Xubuntu. Ce serait bien si en faisant
apt-get remove xubuntu-desktop
tous les packages installés avec les métapaquets ont également été supprimés, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

Mise à jour: sur (X) Ubuntu 13.10, le code ci-dessus peut générer une erreur sur les paquets libabiword-2.8 et ttf-droid, vous devrez donc peut-être exécuter ceci:

Ce qui est identique au premier code, mais avec libabiword-3.0 au lieu de 2.8 et sans ttf-droid.
La commande suivante supprimera 95% de Xubuntu et XFCE - au lieu des autres commandes mentionnées ne supprimant que 50% ... 60% ... des packages.
Sudo apt-get autoremove --purge xubuntu-* && Sudo apt-get autoremove --purge xfce*
Si vous êtes prêt à être plus radical ... Vous pouvez exécuter la commande suivante. Celui-ci supprime presque tout ce qui concerne xubuntu/xfce:
Sudo apt-get autoremove --purge $( dpkg-query -l *xubuntu* | grep ii | tr -s " " | cut -d" " -f2; dpkg-query -l *xfce* | grep 'ii' | tr -s " " | cut -d" " -f2 )

Les commandes doivent être mises à jour comme suit pour Ubuntu 14.04 car libotr2 n'est pas un paquet valide. Il doit être changé pour libotr5. Voici le code mis à jour. Il va réinstaller Ubuntu-desktop.
